Storage Approach
Operational data is synced to Google Sheets and shared with the firm by email. Uploaded files are attached to submission emails and are not retained on the server after processing.
Confidentiality
Information is handled as sensitively as practical, but email and web transmissions should not be treated as privileged until a formal engagement exists.
